On a TT, items 1 and 2 (catalytic converter piping) are two pieces per side. Pre-catalytic converter pipes at the very front, bolting into the catalytic converter pipes (TT version). Test pipes would replace the rear section of the catalytic converter pipes. Downpipes would replace the front (precat) section. An X-pipe (or H-pipe) would replace the TT equivalent to item 4 in this image, Then all that's left is mufflers (7 and 8)
